Shipping Policy
At Stephanie Diane’s, we work hard to get your order packaged and on its way as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Flat Rate Shipping
We offer Flat Rate Shipping for just $12.65 anywhere in the United States. This allows you to purchase multiple items without worrying about increasing shipping costs.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier once your package has been shipped. Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been shipped and is in the hands of the carrier, delivery issues must be handled through the shipping provider. However, we will gladly assist you in tracking your package if needed.
