Exchanges






We offer exchanges only on physical products that are unused, unopened, and in their original condition.




To qualify for an exchange:





  • The item must be returned to us first.

  • Once the product is received and inspected, we will process your exchange.

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.






Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with the order.






Damaged or Incorrect Items






If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.






Digital Products






Because digital items are instantly accessible and downloadable, all digital product sales are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Please contact us with your order number and details about the item you would like to exchange. We will provide instructions for returning your item.
